Turnaround times vary depending on the project and level of customisation. Once we receive your enquiry, we'll confirm an estimated timeline and keep you updated throughout the process. Express services may also be available for urgent orders.
What information do I need to provide?
We'll simply need the details relevant to your order, such as wording, photographs, event information and any design preferences or inspiration you have. The more information you provide, the more personalised your design will be.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We offer free delivery across UK mainland on all professionally printed orders, with worldwide shipping available for international customers. Delivery times and shipping costs for destinations outside the UK will be confirmed when we prepare your personalised quote.
Can you design for occasions other than funerals and weddings?
