Do you offer both digital and printed options?
Yes. Depending on your chosen collection and requirements, we can provide professionally prepared print-ready digital files or take care of the complete printing, finishing and delivery for you.
How long does the design process take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the project and level of customisation. Once we receive your enquiry, we'll confirm an estimated timeline and keep you updated throughout the process. Express services may also be available for urgent orders.
What information do I need to provide?
We'll simply need the details relevant to your order, such as wording, photographs, event information and any design preferences or inspiration you have. The more information you provide, the more personalised your design will be.
Can you design for occasions other than funerals and weddings?
